If you simply need a consultant for an event you plan on doing yourself. Or you would like to add on additional consultation for an event booked, we can help with that!

$75.00 per hour.

Small Event Planning


Our small event planning pricing starts at $250.00

(Price can go up or down due to needs and demands)


Our Small Event Coordination Package is an A La Carte package. We coordinate our small event packages this way because no two small events are the same! Inquire with us to see what offer to you for your particular event!


Large Event Planning


Our Large Event Planning Packages Start at $1,000.00

(Price can go up due to needs and demands)


* 3 One Hours meetings prior to event

* Extra hours may be purchased at $75

* Unlimited phone, email, Skype, and text communications leading up to the day of event. (hours will be restricted but you will have unlimited reach to me

* 1 Head Planner and 1 assistant planners the day of event

* A separate team to set up and breakdown the decor

* Full Set up of decor, chairs, tables, and linen (if needed some may not apply)

* Full breakdown of decor, chairs, tables, and linen (if needed some may not apply)

* Timeline of day of event from beginning to end

* Coordination of events

* Coordination and confirmation of all vendors from set up to breakdown the day prior as well as the day of (please email us your vendor contracts)

* Vendor referrals as requested that fit your personality and budget (if needed)

* Up to 12 hours trouble-shooting starting with coordination including prompting musicians, ushers, vendors, and guests.

* Our team greeting and assisting your guests with escort cards, reception seating and questions

* Distribute your final vendor payments/tips (If Needed)



Wedding Planning


Our Wedding Planning Services are in tiers:

Partial Planning starts at $1,500.00

Full Planning starts at $3,000.00


(Prices can change due to budget commission pricing over $50,000)


Partial Planning:


With our partial planning service you will get everything in the Wedding Day Of Coordination Package Plus the Following Services:

* Attendance with you at up to five vendor meetings.

* Up to 2 additional meetings as requested

* Wedding Party Info letter e-mailed (includes times, places, expectations, etc.)

* Offer musical suggestions for ceremony and reception

* Budget Recommendations (client tracks and makes payments)

* Review vendor contracts to ensure you book enough hours and to confirm timing, delivery and set-up information

* Updates on what to do and when

* Rehearsal Coordination

* Day Of Coordination


Full Planning:


This package includes everything in the Wedding Day Of Coordination Package, The Partial Planning Packages, Plus the Following Services:


* Assist with securing ceremony/reception locations if needed

* Vendor selection and coordination

* Save The Date, Bridal Shower, Invitation, Maps, Program wording and ordering assistance

* Event Design/Theme Development (color, lighting, furniture, linens, floral, logistics etc.)

* Attendance at vendor meetings as available

* Etiquette Advice

* Guidance with entire planning process/point person for questions

* Assist with selecting favors, attendant and parent gifts, table numbers, place cards, menus

* Assembly of favors upon request

* Set up and monitor Room Block(s) for out-of-town guests

* Assembling, addressing and mailing wedding invitations (invites, calligraphy and postage paid by client)

* Receive and track guest RSVP’s

* Assist with guest list, seating and floor plan

* Reminder of vendor payment due dates

* Attend final venue meeting to review Banquet Event Order to finalize details


Day Of Coordination Services


Our Coordination Services are in tiers:

Wedding Day Of Coordination starts at $1,200.00

Small Event Day Of Coordination starts at $100.00

Large Event Day Of Coordination starts at $500.00

Wedding DAY OF Coordination:


* 3 One Hours meetings prior to event​

* Coordination of bridal party

* Pinning on of corsages, boutonnieres, and distribute bouquets to wedding party

* Vendor referrals as requested that fit your personality and budget (if needed)

* Up to 12 hours trouble-shooting starting with ceremony coordination including prompting musicians, ushers, wedding party, vendors, family and guests.

* Basic Set-up and collection of unity candle, guest book/pen, escort cards, pictures, favors, tape loose cards to gifts, box top of wedding cake, wash and pack toasting flutes, cake and knife server.

* Our team greeting and assisting your guests with escort cards, reception seating and questions

* Distribute your final vendor payments/tips (If Needed)
